Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using TQMU you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

TQMU is a generative engine optimization (GEO) platform built around a Diagnose → Fix → Verify → Track workflow. It analyses publicly accessible pages you point it at and produces:

• GEO audits and reports — an overall score and grade, parameter-level findings, and per-page results for the pages scanned. Free reports scan up to 10 pages; paid reports include 30 pages, with additional pages sold in blocks of 10.
• Fixes — plain-English diagnoses and, on paid reports, copy-paste code fixes. You are responsible for editing all placeholder text (shown in CAPITALS) in code blocks before implementing anything and for testing changes on your own site.
• Verification — after you apply fixes, you can re-run an audit to confirm what changed.
• Citation & impact tracking — optional checks that ask AI engines questions about your brand and record whether and how you are cited.

The free report unlocks a limited set of parameters; paid reports unlock every parameter. Current one-time report pricing is shown on the pricing section of our homepage before you buy.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. We support strong passwords and optional authenticator-app two-factor authentication; where an administrator role requires two-factor authentication, access is denied without it. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. You may delete your account from your dashboard; deletion removes your access and is subject to the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.

4. Reruns and fair use

Audit re-runs are limited per site (currently one per rolling 7 days and four per rolling 30 days) so the service stays fast and predictable for everyone. Attempts to circumvent these limits may result in suspension.

5. Memberships and agency plans

In addition to one-time reports we may offer subscription memberships for site owners and agencies, which can include higher page limits, more citation checks, white-label reporting, client management and additional seats. If you purchase a subscription, it renews automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the paid billing period. Plan features and prices are shown at checkout before you commit.

6. Acceptable use

You may audit websites you own or are authorised to analyse. You may not use the service to overload third-party servers, to circumvent access controls, or to resell automated bulk scans without written permission.

7. No guarantee of results

Our recommendations reflect current best practice for generative engines. AI systems change frequently and their ranking or citation behaviour is outside our control. We do not guarantee visibility, citations, traffic or revenue outcomes.

8. AI-generated content

Findings, fixes and citation checks are produced automatically with the assistance of AI. They may contain errors or miss issues. Review every recommendation and code change before applying it, and keep backups of your site. Citation checks reflect a snapshot of what engines returned at the time of the check and may differ over time.

9. Blog and other content

Articles, guides and other content on TQMU are provided for general information and do not constitute professional, legal or financial advice.

10. Third-party services

TQMU relies on third-party providers for hosting, AI models and similar infrastructure. Changes or outages at those providers may affect availability or functionality, and we are not liable for their acts or omissions.

11. Payments and refunds

Paid reports are delivered digitally and immediately. If a report fails to generate, contact us and we will re-issue it or refund the purchase. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

12. Intellectual property

The service, engine and report format remain our property. You receive a perpetual licence to use, share and act on the contents of reports you generate for your own business or clients.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

14. Privacy and data processing

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Agencies that add their own clients' data act as controller for that data and we act as their processor. Agencies can read, print and sign our Data Processing Agreement.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The "last updated" date above shows the current version, and material changes will be highlighted on the site.
